When I selected John Kelly I was looking for someone who was energetic and passionate about finding me the right place. I also wanted someone who i felt would look out for me throughout this entire process. Both of these aspects were what really drove me to select John for my search.

I actually started out my search with a different realtor but they weren't very communicative or helpful. When I made that assessment I decided to start looking around for another one that may be a better fit for me. I remembered hitting it off with John immediately at an open house a few weeks prior and decided to give him a call. When we met, he was extremely approachable and easy to talk to. In addition, he was the most prepared out of everyone that I had met with and took me through a personalized packet that contained information on the market, statistics, process and everything I needed to know about buying a house and being a first time home buyer which I was blown away by. I think we could have talked for hours on just that first day. After that he continued to far exceed my expectations. Although I knew he had more clients and I'm sure he would make more commission on many of them than he would on mine, he made me feel like I was his only client and that my search was extremely important to him. He would drop anything to come help me or go visit some places on a moments notice and I couldn't be happier that I made the decision to continue my search with John. It felt like he was constantly searching on my behalf and always had new options that fit my search even as I modified what I was looking for during the process. I would trust John with everything and I would have no doubt that he would represent me in the best way possible.
